In fulfillment of the City of East Lansing’s Percent for Art ordinance and in partnership with the East Lansing Arts Commission, the developers of the 565 E. Grand River Ave. redevelopment project commissioned a new public art sculpture, “Reaction,” for the median of Grand River Avenue. Grand Rapids-based artist Mark Schentzel created the sculpture.
